We will send you our official quotation sheet within 24 hours, If your part are special, we will send you email to let you know our feedback, but will not over 48 hours.
2) Can you supply sample or prototype service?
Yes, we can make sample or prototype for customers, for the cost it depends on the parts situation, if the parts complicated or need Jig or tool to finish, we will charge some cost, but just for basic cost
3) How about you minimum order?
Diode Machining never give up order because small qty, since our principle is to make our customer to be satisfied and to be life long business partner.
4) Do you supply delivery service
Yes, we can, if you require we supply you the delivery services, we will quote you delivery costs strictly according to delivery terms. We have good relationships with shipping companies. We usually ship the products by sea via our agents; we can ship the products to any destination points of the world.
5) How we arrange payment?
Most American customer would like to use Paypal to pay us, we would like to use this for payment, since it is easy for you, but we need to share 2% Paypal charge.
Meanwhile, we also hope you can pay us by T/T: Telegraphic Transfer (wire transfer); L/C At Sight: Letter of Credit.
Payment terms: TT 30% in advance, 70% balance against B/L
6) How soon we can get the shipment?
We will arrange production since the order and payment be confirmed, we will take 15 - 20 days to arrange production, book shipping will take less than 7 days. Delivery time depend on the destination port.

Diode Machining follow countries policy to our every workers, when the urgent order service be provided, we need our workers to working on the night, so we will pay double salary for our workers, for the extra charges, it depends on our customer and products, most of urgent service for our old customer is free, for generally cost, we will be mark up 30% for your total payment, if you choose this urgent order service.
10) How to arrange shipping insurance?
We can arrange shipping insurance for you. Insurance for transportation and installation is highly recommended.
11) Warranty Terms
The warranty period on all parts are 2000 hours or 12 months. Parts will be repaired or replaced subject to fair wear & tear and correct use for their intended purpose.

Calibration Process May Improve CNC Accuracy
An improved calibration process for machining and milling tools may help reduce flaws in the large parts manufactured for the aircraft and heavy equipment industries.
The process replaces the current piecemeal approach to correcting the inherent geometric errors in computer-numerically controlled (CNC) machinery.
Manufacturers calibrate machine tools to compensate for these errors. However, they use several approaches, fixing pieces of the problem. This process can be laborious, time-consuming, and expensive.
Creamer and her team developed a model for identifying errors and generating compensation tables to guide corrections. These tables can be programmed into a CNC machine to compensate for known errors.
Working with the Boeing Research and Technology center in St. Louis, the team measured motion of all axes of a CNC machine with a laser tracker. Based on these measurements, Creamer created compensation tables for several different machine tools.
This calibration methodology may represent an advance for large-part manufacturing. For example, an airplane wing can be 120 feet long; holding errors to five thousandths of an inch over a part that size will be more achievable with this more comprehensive process.
